Claude Code 2.1.193 adds auto-mode settings, file path autocomplete, and more

Claude Code 2.1.193 introduces autoMode.classifyAllShell for routing all shell commands via auto-mode classifier, live file path autocomplete in bash mode, and automatic memory-pressure reaping for idle background shell commands. The update also adds auto-mode denial reasons to transcript and improves MCP reconnection on 401/403 errors.
