Qwen Code v0.21.15 ships with in-flow approval dialogs and session activity watermark
The update adds approval and ask-user dialogs as in-flow sheets in the web shell, a live-state session activity watermark, and keeps streaming output responsive. Includes bug fixes for background-agent false failures.
