Claude Code 2.1.185 ships with bug fixes and safety improvements

Stream-stall hint now triggers after 20s of silence with new wording. Destructive git commands and terraform destroy are blocked in auto mode unless explicitly requested. Added warning for deprecated models and removed startup 'setup issues' line.
