Claude Code v2.1.207 enables auto mode on Bedrock/Vertex AI/Foundry

Auto mode is now available without opt-in on Bedrock, Vertex AI, and Foundry, and can be disabled via settings. The release also fixes terminal freezing during long streaming responses and several other bugs.
