Claude Code v2.1.195 adds mouse click disable option, fixes hook matchers

New CLAUDE_CODE_DISABLE_MOUSE_CLICKS env var disables mouse clicks/drag/hover in fullscreen mode while keeping scroll. Hook matchers with hyphenated identifiers now exact-match instead of substring-matching.
