Claude Code 2.1.276 fixes 400 errors behind proxies
The patch resolves a 2.1.275 regression that made every request fail with a 400 "Input tag 'advisor_20260301'" error when ANTHROPIC_BASE_URL points at a proxy or gateway. It is the release's only CLI change.
