Claude Code v2.1.210 adds elapsed-time counter, permission warning

Adds live elapsed-time counter to tool calls. New startup warning for Write, NotebookEdit, and Glob permission rules, recommending Edit or Read instead. Includes multiple fixes including terminal rendering and shell command execution.
