Claude Code 2.1.207: auto mode on Bedrock, Vertex AI, Foundry

Auto mode is now available without opt-in on Bedrock, Vertex AI, and Foundry. This patch also fixes terminal freezing with long outputs, spurious prompt-injection warnings, and remote managed settings consent issues.
