Developer RL-trains model to automate RL training of smaller Qwen models

A developer trained a Qwen3.6-35B-A3B model to RL-train other small task-specific Qwen models. The agent writes training jobs (environment, reward, dataset, hyperparameters) and submits them to real GPUs, scoring higher on tasks.
