OpenAI and Anthropic restrict new AI models to Trump-approved customers

OpenAI's GPT-5.6 Sol is restricted to customers approved by the Trump administration at the request of the White House. Anthropic's Mythos 5, previously banned, is now approved for limited release to cyber defenders.
