Claude Code 2.1.218 adds Claude Opus 5 as default Opus model
Claude Opus 5 (1M context) is now the default Opus model in Claude Code, with fast mode pricing at $50 per million tokens. The update also includes numerous bug fixes and new settings like sandbox.network.strictAllowlist.
