Claude Code v2.1.211 adds subagent text forwarding flag

Adds --forward-subagent-text flag and CLAUDE_CODE_FORWARD_SUBAGENT_TEXT environment variable for including subagent text and thinking in stream-json output. Also fixes permission previews relay issue with bidirectional-override and zero-width characters.
