Nous Research added over 3,200 animated sprite mascots to Hermes Agent that react across six states (idle, running, thinking, etc.) but have no effect on tokens or behavior. The feature is off by default, works in CLI, TUI, and desktop app, and can be popped out into a floating window to track agent activity.
