Claude Code 2.1.185 released with stream-stall hint and safety improvements

Stream-stall hint now triggers after 20s of silence (up from 10s) with gentler wording. Destructive git and terraform/pulumi/cdk destroy commands are blocked unless explicitly requested, and deprecated model warnings are now shown in print mode and agent frontmatter.
