Claude Code 2.1.203 released with bug fixes and improvements

Fixes a 15–20s stall on macOS due to false low-memory detection, automatic recovery of background sessions with stale tokens, and adds MCP roots/list updates for working directories. Also includes warnings for expiring logins and fixes for Bash argument list too long errors.
