Claude Code 2.1.212 ships /fork background sessions, new session caps

The patch turns /fork into a copy of the conversation in a new background session (/subtask now handles in-session subagents) and adds `claude auto-mode reset`. New defaults cap WebSearch calls and subagent spawns at 200 per session; MCP tool calls over 2 minutes auto-background.
