Claude Code v2.1.205 fixes JSON schema, message bugs

Patch release v2.1.205 fixes --json-schema producing unstructured output with invalid schemas and prevents messages sent while Claude was working from being silently lost. Also adds a rule blocking tampering with session transcript files.
