SOCAN partners with Musical AI to track and pay creators for AI use

Canadian collecting society SOCAN has partnered with Musical AI to develop attribution and consent tools that could lead to compensation for songwriters when their music influences AI-generated outputs. The collaboration aims to give creators opt-in control and measure AI influence for future payments.
