Harness design swings 4B model classification accuracy 60-82%

A pre-registered ablation on Kubernetes issue-to-SIG triage found accuracy ranging 60-82% on a frozen 4B model on a 6GB laptop GPU, with harness design the only variable: rule placement, evidence order, and turn structure. The same 250-issue gold corpus and scorer were used across all runs.
