Claude Code 2.1.206 released with bug fixes and /doctor check

Version 2.1.206 fixes terminal freezing during streaming, spurious prompt-injection warnings, and auto-updater overwriting custom launchers. It also adds directory path suggestions to /cd and a /doctor check for trimming CLAUDE.md files.
