US issues export control directive for Anthropic's Fable and Mythos
The US government issued an export control directive suspending access to Anthropic's Fable and Mythos models for foreign nationals. Anthropic had previously released Fable as a safer version of the 'too dangerous' Mythos, but guardrails were reportedly jailbroken.
