Vercel Sandbox now supports Devin Outposts

Each Devin session executes in an isolated Sandbox microVM, with no local Outpost worker to keep online; Cognition's control plane handles inference and planning. Session state persists via Sandbox snapshots, and Devin network policies apply through firewall rules. Available to Pro and Enterprise teams with Devin Outposts enabled.
