Claude Code 2.1.208 adds screen reader mode and Opus 5 support
Claude Code 2.1.208 sets Claude Opus 5 (1M context, fast mode at 50 per Mtok) as the default Opus model. It also adds an opt-in screen reader mode, vim insert-mode remaps, sandbox network strict allowlists, and nested subagent forwarding for stream-json.
