NVIDIA's BioNeMo Agent Toolkit accelerates biomolecular co-folding with OpenFold3 on B300 and H100 GPUs, enabling virtual screening and large assembly prediction. The toolkit reduces memory bottlenecks for scaling to thousands of residues.
