Claude Code v2.1.207: Auto mode on Bedrock, Vertex AI, Foundry

Auto mode is now available on Bedrock, Vertex AI, and Foundry without the CLAUDE_CODE_ENABLE_AUTO_MODE opt-in. Also fixes terminal freezing and keystrokes lagging during long streamed responses.
