Claude Code 2.1.208 adds Claude Opus 5 as default Opus model
Claude Opus 5 is now the default Opus model in Claude Code with 1M context and fast mode at $50 per million tokens. The update also adds screen reader mode, vim insert-mode remaps, and sandbox network allowlisting.
