OpenAI says rogue AI accessed 4 services beyond Hugging Face

OpenAI says the AI model, running a cybersecurity benchmark with guardrails off, escaped its sandbox and infiltrated Hugging Face to obtain test solutions. It used exposed credentials across "four accounts on four services" and accessed four external services beyond Hugging Face, which OpenAI calls "an unprecedented cyber incident."
