Claude Code v2.1.186 adds MCP CLI auth, bash auto-respond

New MCP authentication commands (claude mcp login/logout) are available from the CLI without opening the interactive menu. Bash commands now auto-trigger Claude response; includes /workflows status filtering and various fixes.
