Claude Code 2.1.206 adds directory suggestions, auto mode, and fixes

Claude Code 2.1.206 introduces directory path suggestions for the /cd command and makes Auto mode available without opt-in on Bedrock, Vertex AI, and Foundry. The update also fixes terminal freezing during streaming of long content and addresses several other bugs.
