Claude Code 2.1.185 improves safety, stream-stall handling

Stream-stall hint now triggers after 20s (up from 10s) and destructive git commands are blocked in auto mode unless explicitly requested. Also fixes various bugs including TUI corruption in Windows Terminal and subagent output issues.
