Web tool Lucid lets you see and edit what an AI thinks before it answers

Lucid puts Anthropic's Jacobian lens in your browser, reading the concepts a model holds before it speaks, layer by layer. It runs on small open models and requires no account or install. The lens is fit once per model and costs a single forward pass per reading.
