US govt orders Anthropic to suspend Fable 5, Mythos 5

The US government, citing national security, issued an export control directive on June 12 at 5:21pm ET to suspend access to Anthropic's Fable 5 and Mythos 5. Anthropic says the jailbreak demonstration showed only minor vulnerabilities that other models can also discover. The company expects the models to be restored within days.
