Survey of 300 data and tech executives finds legacy data systems are limiting enterprise AI agent effectiveness; only "data leaders" scale agents without major bottlenecks. The report, sponsored by Google Cloud, cites Gartner's forecast that agents will automate or augment 50% of business decisions by 2027.
