Claude Code 2.1.181 adds /config syntax, Apple Events support

Version 2.1.181 introduces /config key=value syntax for setting settings from the prompt. It also adds sandbox.allowAppleEvents opt-in, CLAUDE_CLIENT_PRESENCE_FILE env var, and upgrades Bun runtime to 1.4.
