Claude Code 2.1.186 adds CLI MCP authentication and automatic bash responses

Added `claude mcp login/logout` for authenticating MCP servers from the CLI, with --no-browser support for SSH. `!bash` commands now automatically trigger a response from Claude; can be disabled in settings.
