Anthropic acqui-hires Mendral team to boost Claude engineering

Anthropic is acquiring the team behind AI startup Mendral to improve Claude's software engineering capabilities. Mendral will discontinue its hosted CI/CD product and assist customers in migrating. Financial terms were not disclosed.
