Claude Code 2.1.186 adds MCP CLI login/logout and more

Claude Code 2.1.186 adds claude mcp login/logout commands for authenticating MCP servers from the CLI, with --no-browser support for SSH. Also introduces status filtering in /workflows, a 'Skills' section in /pluginInstalled, and teammateMode: 'iterm2' setting.
