comfyui-cache-monitor mod visualizes ComfyUI memory cache

A new ComfyUI mod, comfyui-cache-monitor, adds a sidebar showing which models are cached, with bars for system RAM and VRAM load, plus a list of recently evicted models. It also adds an API URL to clear the cache.
