Claude Code v2.1.207: Auto mode now available on Bedrock, Vertex AI, Foundry

Auto mode is now available without opt-in on Bedrock, Vertex AI, and Foundry; disable via settings. Fixed terminal freezing and keystroke lag when streaming long content.
