Claude Code 2.1.240 released with bug fixes

Claude Code 2.1.240 ships bug fixes and reliability improvements, including fixes for Bedrock streaming behind proxies, HTTPS proxy hangs with SSO, and a crash when starting from a deleted directory. It also adds /claude-api upgrade for migrating Python projects to anthropic 1.x.
