Claude Code v2.1.181 adds /config syntax, Apple Events opt-in

New features include inline /config key=value syntax for any setting and a sandbox.allowAppleEvents opt-in. Also adds CLAUDE_CLIENT_PRESENCE_FILE environment variable.
