Claude Code 2.1.251 ships 71 CLI changes, including PreModelSwitch/PostModelSwitch hooks to block or confirm model switches, and fixes for symlink path traversal in file tools. Also adds live streaming of foreground subagent tool calls to Remote Control clients.
