Survey: Enterprises buy AI compute faster than measuring costs

A survey of 107 enterprises finds AI infrastructure spending accelerating ahead of cost-measurement capabilities. Most run AI on hyperscalers/APIs, but next spend targets specialized compute almost none use today.
