Claude Code 2.1.185 improves auto mode safety and stream-stall handling

Stream-stall hint triggers after 20s instead of 10s. Destructive git commands and terraform/pulumi/cdk destroy are blocked in auto mode unless explicitly requested. Also adds warnings for deprecated models.
