Claude Code 2.1.169 adds --safe-mode, /cd, and sub-agent nesting

New features include a --safe-mode flag to disable customizations for troubleshooting, a /cd command to move sessions mid-session, and sub-agents that can spawn sub-agents up to 5 levels deep. Fixes a session stuck issue with 1M context and improves Bedrock region detection.
