Claude Code 2.1.218: background /code-review, screen-reader updates
37 CLI changes: /code-review runs as a background subagent to avoid filling conversation; screen-reader mode announces deletions. Also adds Claude Opus 5 (default Opus, 1M context), sandbox network strict allowlist, and bug fixes.
