Claude Code v2.1.210 adds live elapsed-time counter and permission warnings

Adds a live elapsed-time counter for long-running tool calls and a startup warning for Write, NotebookEdit, and Glob permission rules, recommending Edit or Read instead. Also fixes isolation: 'worktree'.
