OpenAI expands Daybreak with GPT-5.5-Cyber and Patch the Planet

OpenAI released GPT-5.5-Cyber, its strongest model for finding and patching software vulnerabilities, to trusted defenders via the Daybreak initiative. It also launched Patch the Planet with Trail of Bits to help open-source maintainers triage and fix security issues using AI-assisted tools.
