Claude Code 2.1.263 ships bug fixes and reliability improvements, including fixes for input ordering, Bedrock setup wizard hangs, and cloud session plugin issues. New settings bashOutputMaxChars and taskOutputMaxChars allow raising inline output up to 128K characters.
