Claude Code v2.1.185 released with safety improvements

Version 2.1.185 blocks destructive git commands and terraform/pulumi/cdk destroy unless explicitly requested. The update also fixes TUI corruption in Windows Terminal under heavy subagent load and improves stream-stall handling.
